The Waters House is an apartment complex built in 1961 in the Heritage Hill District of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Close to downtown at the corner of Fulton and College, the complex is comprised of three floors with 102 units personally managed by the present owners, Jim and Linda Triant.
The main floor of the Waters House has a community room and separate mail room with a sitting area. For easy access and move-in, Waters House has an elevator as well as a secure ground level entrance for each floor. The main entrance is equipped with telephone operated security doors.
Each apartment has sound resistant floors and walls, and each has a separate air conditioning and heating unit. The kitchens are equipped with fruitwood kitchen cabinets and appliances, including refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher and disposal. There are carports available as well as open parking spaces for tenants. There is an outdoor swimming pool and patio area.
