The Waters House pays water, gas, and trash pick-up charges. The tenant pays electric, telephone, and if applicable cable TV and internet service. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Amenities

Laundry

Laundry facilities are located at the center of each floor and are available 24/7 for your convenience.  It is $1.50 to wash and $1.25 to dry.

Parking

Free parking for all!  Tenants may park anywhere on the lot 24 - 7.  Guests may only park on the lot during business hours (9am - 5pm).

Carports

Available at a charge of $20/month, these are much appreciated during those cold winter months, so get one while they last.

Storage Lockers

Our apartments have plenty of space, but if you find that you’ve got too much stuff, we have storage lockers available for $10 / month.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool season is from Memorial day to Labor Day.  The pool is open from 10am - 10pm every day.  There is a limit of two guests per tenant.  Tenants must remain with their guest at all times.

Pets

Cats are allowed with a deposit of $300 (on top of the normal deposit) and a fee of $25/month. Sorry, no dogs, reptiles, rodents or other animals allowed.

Elevator

There is single elevator in the lobby to the three floors.  However, it is required that move-ins be done using the rear entrances of the building.  All of the floors have a ground-level entrance for easy access.  Shopping carts are provided at the back doors for move-in purposes and daily use.

Community Room

The community room is on the first floor near the lobby entrance. It is for the tenant use only, and may be reserved through the office for private use for a fee of $50.

Community Garden

During the spring, summer, and fall months, we have a community garden. There are 10 plots available on a first come first serve basis.  The fee per plot is $10 to cover general maintenance and water costs. Some general tools are provided during initial planting, but the tenant will provide their own hand tools, seeds, starts, and stakes.

Holiday Party Open House

In the beginning of December is our annual Holiday Party Open House.  It is held in the community room, complete with dinner for all tenants and staff.  Both the community room and our lobby are beautifully decorated to help get everyone in the holiday spirit.

Holiday Candles

Also in the month of December is another Waters House tradition. Our magnificent display of electric candles can be viewed for the duration of the month.  The candles, which are provided by the management, are placed in every apartment window facing Fulton Street and College Avenue.
