The Waters House is an apartment complex built in 1961 in the Heritage Hill District of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Close to downtown at the corner of Fulton and College, the complex is comprised of three floors with 102 units personally managed since 1987 by the present owners.
The main floor of the Waters House has a community room and separate mail room with a sitting area. For easy access and move-in, Waters House has an elevator as well as a secure ground level entrance for each floor. The main entrance is equipped with telephone operated security doors. We have on-sight maintenance and 24 hr. emergency service. The manager's office is just off the lobby in the building. The mailroom which is off the lobby has a beverage machine, snack machine, books and magazines and a bulletin board for tenants use. The manager will make sure you receive your packages by the end of the day from UPS, FED EX, mail, etc.
Each apartment has sound resistant floors and walls, and a separate air conditioning and heating unit. The kitchens are equipped with fruitwood kitchen cabinets and appliances, including refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher and disposal. There are carports available as well as open parking spaces for tenants. There is an outdoor swimming pool and patio area.
